Description
Welcome to my auctions....The time has come to sell my huge record collection over the next weeks/months...so check out my other vinyl listed, more added each week.
I am a private collector, selling my collection, I am not a dealer. Due to poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this not what it might sound/play like. Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.
The Beatles - Revolver - Yellow & Black Parlophone labels - Mono - 1st UK Pressing - Dr Robert Error on Sleeve and label - Undocumented 1st Press Variant - Has the withdrawn Mix of Tomorrow Never Knows Remix 11 - Side 2 matrix XEX 606-1 - Has the rarely seen Indented Labels from the Old EMI pressing Machines - These indented labels are only seen on 3 Beatles LPs and When they do turn up on Revolver it is on the 606-2 or 606-3 matrix, this is the only copy in 40 odd years that I have seen with the Super rare 1st press matrix and the rare Indented labels. A Must for the Beatles Collector, This is a One Off Unique Opportunity. This is the RAREST Variation Of The RAREST Earliest UK Pressing.
All massive rarities are undocumented until they are seen, this Is the rare earliest 1st press with withdrawn mix of Tomorrow never knows and it is also a rare pressing with indented labels, I collected Beatles records for 40+ years and this is the only copy I have seen, instead of these rarities that have thousands of copies - this is a true rarity with a handful of copies if that. If you ignore, you will one day regret it.

Both sides have NO Deep Marks and NO Deep Scratches. Both sides have a lustre/pattern, the type you get from an inner sleeve. Both sides have a nice shine. Side 1 has a couple of non feelable fine scratches and some light whispy sleeve removal marks under strong artificial light. Side 2 has a couple of very light hairline/scratches and again some sleeve removal marks. There is a scratch in the run out that is visually obvious all under very strong artificial light.
Due to the rarity of this LP A friend of mine has played it for me to ensure there were no issues.
He said, It plays wonderfully all the way through, no jumps, no sticks or skips. He said it is not completely flat on the turn table but this does not affect playback at all. The music is strong and vibrant with light static and a few pops and clicks in between tracks and in quieter moments.
Labels are in great condition, only light signs of spiders legs under strong light...see photos
Sleeve is in really nice shape, spine is solid and fully readable, Corners have only minor wear, opening edges have minor wear, a little ringwear to front. Slightly discoloured but really only along opening edge (browning) front and back, still has a nice gloss with a few small creases. Ernest J Day Sleeve with Dr Robert Error on reverse.
Original Inner Sleeve is generally clean and flat with one side seem split.
A Massive Rarity, Never before seen, Dont miss this one.
I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's? Due to my poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this, in the event that a record may not play well or have background noise no refund will be given because I have no way of verifying and as such, if you place a bid you are acknowledging this
