*FEATURING THE ALTERNATE/'REMIX 11' VERSION OF 'TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS' ONLY AVAILABLE ON THIS 1st UK MONO PRESSING*
On the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7009
With 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co..' rims on both labels
Label 2 carries the incorrect 'Dr Robert' spelling.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' mono cover.
Complete with its original plain white inner-sleeve.

Both surfaces are extremely clean and bright and retain thier 'as new' deep gloss shines with no dull areas or clouding. Viewed in strong daylight, one or two very faint surface marks are visible but there are no scratches or any other significant signs of wear. Close and careful inspection of both sides directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a few wispy inner-sleeve removal/paper hairlines but no further marks or any scratches. The heavy 163g pressing which lies 100% flat both sides on the turntable with no signs or dishing or warping.
Play: EXCELLENT
It is clear from the silent side 1 run in and undistorted 'Taxman' guitar riff, that this copy has received only some careful, light play on good quality equipment. The easily worn 'Eleanor Rigby' plays without any of the usual crackle and despite a hint of light background on 'Here, There & Everywhere', there is nothing here to spoil the enjoyment. Side two plays cleanly, clearly and is entirely without fault. It is crowned by the outstanding alternate mix of 'Tomorrow Never Knows'. Both run-ins and all bands play without intereference and there are no clicks, pops jumps or repeats anywhere.

VERY GOOD +
A clean & firm example with a bright front panel which bears no significant signs of wear. There is some bruising to the corners but both opening edges are clean and undamaged. The rear panel displays some minor storagewear but is free from any writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are intact and both seams and the spine are undamaged.
