Getting married this September and not having enough money to put down as a deposit on a house has led me to do the most painful thing ever....

I feel I have to start raiding my Beatles Collection which I have been collecting for the last 18 years since I worked as a 13 year old in a second hand record shop.

During July and August most days I will be putting on a handful of items from my collection and asking you to put bids on. I won't be enjoying this one bit!! Once I get the amount i think I need I will stop - but do keep an eye on me as a seller as I have many rare, unusual collectable Beatles and other pop / rock memorabilia from around the world - many of the items are autographed or limited editions / unique.

If they sell then brilliant and congratulations. If they don't (for instance no one meets the asking price) that's good also as I don't particularly want to see a lot of this stuff go. Too much emotional attachments!!!

This Ringo Starr 45 is Only You and appeared on the 1974 Goodnight Vienna album.

The single is from the USA and has the different top opening. The front cover has 'Ringo' signed by Ringo Starr with a small star symbol underneath in black felt tip pen. This has been in my collection for quite some time - it does look quite good!

As with all American 45's the centre is missing, and I have put in the middle a centre (the kind of one that doesn't damage the picture sleeve!!) so it will fit all record players. The vinyl is immaculate.

This autograph appears to be genuine and comes along with a certificate of authenticity.
