Properties of vinyl tend to have some static.
This album's vinyl surface is near mint with minimal marks. Album: Capitol T 2442 Released: 1965. ,
Side A:

Each side was played at least once to insure no skipping.
Tested on: Turntable: United Audio - Dual 1219. Stylus: Pickering XV-15, vertical force = 2.0, Anti-skating = 0, Pitch = 0. Sansui R303: Volume mid, Bass mid, Treble hi (for static testing).
This is from my personal collection. Original bought through the Capitol Record Club. The record itself is in near mint condition.

First Pressing:
First press labels have the names of the group members, not "The Beatles".
The caption ''File Under'' is in black and in the top border left of T 2442.
The rear sleeve has a '3' (Modern Album, Long Island, New York) printed directly below 'Freeman' in the bottom right hand corner below the picture of John Lennon.
"I AM" in triangle found in dead wax on both sides. Denotes Scranton, PA pressing. -------------------------------
First time played since around 1966 and it sounds "Superb" no static.
