Description
THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
MONO pressing of their 1965 album, this Stunning example UK pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 1265
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text with 'The GRAMOPHONE CO ' worded rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the side 2 label.
Matrix numbers: XEX 579-4 & XEX 580-4
Housed in a heavy card, front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its original Inner.
The record was purchased in 1965 and has been kept in a plastic protector ever since. What makes this copy even more amazing is that it has only been played once since it was purchased. The previous owner played the record, didn't like it and stored it away.. WOW - A truly amazing copy which will be hard to better

A superb clean & unworn set with 1 spindle mark only - Its very faint and hard to see.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Truly Stunning with only a a few light hairline marks visable under bright sunlight. None can been seen in normal light.
Sound Quality: MINT
Played today and it play PERFECTLY - No distortion, pops ,crackle etc
Cover: Excellent / Very Good+
Super high-gloss front panel laminate with only 1 visable 'thumbnail' - Slight crease on bottom right (see Picture) - The worst thing about the sleeve is a slight water stain on the front edge (see Picture) and very slight disclouration - No wear to front cover - See Pictures).
All flipbacks are clean & fully intact and both seams and the spine are all smooth, unstressed and unworn.
Inner-sleeve: Mint-
Clean & flat with just a few gentle storage bends but no writing, tears or seam splits
I'm not sure you'll ever find a better copy.
