Description
*** Beatles - Rubber Soul - Vinyl Album XEX 580 579 Mono First Pressing ***
Original Mono First Pressing AKA LOUD CUT
Shortly into the production run, EMI decided tthey had cut the album too loud and ceased production of this version.
I have play tested this all the way through and on my player and this record sounds great with very limited hiss or crackles. No jumps, skips or sticking.
Dead wax runout:
Side A: XEX 579 -1
Side B: XEX 580 -1
I have used guides from Discogs to verify that this is a UK first pressing and this includes:
Sans Serif Font on Label
Matrix runout Side A: XEX 579 -1
Matrix runout Side B: XEX 580 -1
Back cover of the album having "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending PMC 1262 PCS 2075" at the very bottom of the sleeve
Does Not Have "Rubber Soul - The Beatles along the edge of the spine on the back cover
