Thanks for looking at this listing. For the purposes of my sales descriptions, and to avoid negative feedback, consider all discs to be very good+/-. Some will play/sound better than this. None will be mint.
If it's trashed I will say so!
Discs will be free from significant warps, and will sit flat on the turntable unless stated.. Labels will be free from graffiti/stickers/sticker residue unless stated.
Records have been play tested and will be free from jumps/sticks unless otherwise stated. Records have been cleaned whilst playing with a brush arm, but will usually benefit from further cleaning.
Up for grabs today is: -
Rubber Soul, UK Mono, 1st pressing "Loud Cut" matrix -1/-1, Serif font. A record with many light marks. Sadly, I've just noticed a jump on In my life. May have some noise noticeable on headphones or with volume cranked up. Plays with a good strong sound. Minimal noise between tracks. Playing now on a Rega/Creek/Linn set-up, sounds very good, much better than looks would suggest! Noticed a couple of clicks side one.
Labels clean, free from graffiti, stickers etc
Sleeve VG, complete, free from tears etc, though some cracks evident in lamination, spine readable(cracks in lamination). No graffiti, though some staining from age. Front cover cleaned. Flip backs intact. Garrod and Lofthouse cover. Comes with contemporary EMI inner sleeve in good condition only.
So, way from mint, but still a very respectable copy of this fine lp(apart from the jump!). Reasonably priced according to condition/rarity. Ideal for collectors not fussed about mint copies

Just played this one through. Listened casually into the room. Sounds much better than it looks. No skips/jumps. The cover with this one has been cut to remove pictures.
I am selling these as a pair, as they have different labels and provide an ideal opportunity for a new collector to get both "loud cuts" cheaply enough.
In summary, Two Loud cut copies, both Serif and Roman font labels, One very tidy sleeve/one damaged, One solid playable lp/one very decent sounding lp(barring the jump).
I sell to fund my own passion for Beatles records and thus these will not be top copies, usually sold on as upgrades have been found. They will rarely come with original sleeves.
Records posted in recycled record mailers with stiffeners.
