Der absolute Hammer ! Zum Verkauf steht die superrare Exportversion des Second Album ZTOX 5558, die nur in den US Army  Stützpunkten in Deutschland zum Export angeboten wurde. Eine wirklich seltene Gelegenheit dieses Album in diesem Zustand zu bekommen. Vinyl spielt ohne Kratzer durch, habe mir die Scheibe gestern nochmal angehört, ich kann guten Gewissens sagen, der Zustand ist top ! Das Cover hat keine Risse oder offene Stellen an den Falzungen, die Front ist absolut gut, die Rückseite zeigt auf dem weissen Untergrund einige Gebrauchsspuren  , ist aber dem Alter entsprechend ebenfalls in gutem Zustand ! Auf der rechten Kante der Rückseite wurden die Zahlen 58 der 5558 einmal manuell nachgeschrieben,da die Originale etwas verwischt waren.  Das tut dem Zustand aus meiner Sicht aber keinen Abbruch.  Auf einem Foto erscheint auf dem Frontcover ein heller Fleck durch den Blitz, Cover ist aber top in Ordnung. Da ich meine Sammlung teilweise auflöse, gebe ich das gute Stück schweren Herzens ab.

Although this realize utilized, more or less, the same frontcover as the US release Something New, it is a whole different affair. This edition of the US compilation The Beatles Second Album was made primarily for sale at army stores of the Allied Forces stationed in Germany and West-Berlin, but also for Export to Switzerland. As opposed to the German issue of the "real" US LP Something New two months later, the original US backcover of that album was employed for this edition (of course with a different track listing)
