On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' and is a MONO UK pressing!!!! HOWEVER THIS IS THE VERY VERY RARE PRESSING WITH NO 'DAY IN THE LIFE' CREDIT!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST OF THE BEATLES DOCUMENTED MISPRINTS!!!! BASICALLY IF YOU LOOK AT THE SIDE 2 LABEL (SEE MY PICTURES) YOU CAN SEE THAT THE LISTING FOR SONG NUMBER 6 ('A DAY IN THE LIFE') IS MISSING!!!! THIS IS A VERY VERY RARE BEATLES MISPRINT AND RARELY TURNS UP EVER!!!! AND FOR ONCE THIS RARE MISPRINT IS IN NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!! This is the ORIGINAL MONO UK pressing from 1967 and is in GREAT condition!!!! IT IS ALSO TOTALLY COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'CUT-OUT' INSERT, GATEFOLD COVER, AND WHITE INNER!!!! THE 'DAY IN THE LIFE' MISPRINTS HAD A 'PATENTS' WHITE INNER - NOT A 'PSYCH FOOL' INNER SLEEVE!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Pressing with a Yellow & Black Label, 'Sold in the UK' text, and the 'Gramophone Company' edge text. The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1. The stamper codes which are hard to see are 11 R and 8 P. The Cat. No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
More on the condition - The vinyl still has a nice sheen to it and plays beautifully with just a very few light clicks, there is a light paper sleeve mark on side 2 but I cannot hear it when playing it and very light spindle marking to the label. The cover is in fabulous condition with very slight wear to the top and bottom spine and the record opening also has very slight wear. No bubbling of the clarifoil laminate which has very slight crease marks. The cut-outs insert is mint.
