This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

VG++ Has a lovely bright sheen. Just a few very light marks to the vinyl, to both sides. Just finished listening to the whole of the album and there's just a small amount of background noise, which would be reduced with a professional clean...more evident on the quiet sections.
It is the NON-BANDED version with the PERPETUAL ENDING.
Deep and rich sound reproduction-just a gentle clean and you've got a top copy!

Labels: VG++. Spindle marks evident when angled to the light, with only a little bit of hole wear to both sides...Please see the detailed photo's.
There is a little bit of blooming to the side 2 label-but nothing to worry about.
 Proud and raised "KT" tax code to side 1.

Inner Sleeve: EX-. It is the ORIGINAL FOOLS inner. These are getting increasingly harder to find, and even more difficult to find in this wonderful condition!
Just carries light rubbing and fading and a small name to the corner of one side.

The Cover: VG++. IT IS THE REALLY RATHER RARE PATENTS PENDING SLEEVE!
The cover is still in very good condition. There is a little rubbing to some areas of the spine, HOWEVER the title is still legible..
Only slight knocks and wear to the corners.
Very minimal amount of spidering to the front-with maybe one tiny crescent of spidering near the opening and just small fingers of spidering eminating from the spine. The back has around 5 small cresents of spidering and fingers of spidering. I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible.
Still opens with the crackle as if just bought off the shelf in 1967!
