Description
Very Rare and sought after Beatles LP
It is the 1st Pressing of Sgt Pepper it is Mono on the original yellow and black labels.

Garrod and Lofthouse original fold over sleeve. States 'Fourth Proof' and 'AR D 1321' along top flipover.
This is a Fourth Proof sleeve and was never intended for sale to the general public, it was run as a final check on the artwork and sleeve details. Only a few of these were mistakenly released and they are becoming rarer and rarer to find, and this one is in great shape, detailed description below.
Complete with Red and White Psych Inner sleeve.
Also has original Thick Card Cutour sheet.
This is a very rare item, and not many of these exist, The condition is as follows, sleeve is clean and flat, has wear to corners, spine has some wear removing part of the title but not damaged so it is split or unsightly, has some light feathering to opening edge and some small creases to front and back. Inner sleeve is clean and flat with no seem splits, the record has a couple of light inner sleeve removal marks but no marks, scuffs or scratches under strong lamp certainly EX+, the lables are both clean with hardly any signs of being played around spindle. The sleeve is the mega rarity but does have the above mentioned wear and is sold as described.
It will be sent out in sturdy record mailer with stiffners and record out of sleeve in pvc sleeve to prevent any damage in the mail.
