Description
Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles, released in USA in 1967 on Capitol Records, MAS-2653. This is the original MONO mix. The runout on side one reads MAS-1-2653-H-10 and side two reads MAS-2-2653-F-11.
The gatefold cover has a little bit of shelf wear. The spine is good, but the upper edge of the back portion was a short split. The original inner sleeve has a very short split in the middle of the bottom. The disc is no longer stored in that sleeve. The cut-out insert has handling bends. The disc has very light scratches that are difficult to show in photos. There are two short scratches on side two that do show, and they are in one of the photos. They can be heard, but aren’t awful. Otherwise the record plays fine with no skips. There are occasional little noises on both sides that don’t bother me, but I can definitely tell I’m listening to vinyl.
