Small amount of ring wear & rubbing on the corners
Small tear on top left corner on front (pictured)
1 inch split on the inside of the spine in the middle
Outside spine intact & perfectly legible

Small crease on the top right corner of the cut-outs
Small seam split on bottom of inner sleeve
