Description

1967 OG Scranton pressing of the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band." First, the good news: The cover is borderline NM, with only the slightest of corner wear, and the insert and trippy inner sleeve are both in spectacular condition. Great display copy/upgrade all around. The bad: The record looks like a high VG++ but plays with a lot of surface noise. It's overpowering if you're listening in stereo, much less so if you're listening in mono as intended. No loud pops or skips, so conservatively graded as G+ (many would grade much higher). Still an OG mono!
