Description
You are looking at a German 1st pressing of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. This is the red/white/gold Odeon/Horzu stereo issue. Matrix numbers are SHZE 401 A-1 and SHZE 401 B-2. This is the one to buy if sound quality is of paramount importance and you can tolerate a jacket that is VG to VG+ and does not have the original inner. The record itself has some whispy marks and feathery scratches here and there and would rate a VG. The play grade, however is a strong VG+ to VG++, the exception being "She's Leaving Home" which is more like VG. Superior sound all the way through. Includes Sgt. Pepper cut-outs. Good luck bidding.
