First Pressing Canada with the above matrix. The album cover is still surrounded by the gate fold wrap that it  came in: one of a few pressings (the Canadian first pressing of Help is another example) where  the loose fitting plastic wrap on a new sealed copy surrounded the album so that you could open the gate fold to see what it looked like while the album was still sealed. Kind of a cool idea.  Also, the insert is tucked under the wrap inside the gate fold. Unfortunately, for this copy the insert has been cut up - and some of it is missing. See photo.
Condition: the vinyl on side is visually VG+ with a low to medium amount of scuffing. Side B has minimal scuffing (VG_++ or EX). The album plays with no skips or sticks anywhere. There is a few seconds of very soft surface noise for a few seconds 4 times on side 1 happening at the end of a song, mostly in a fade out, where there is one.  Side 2 has no such surface noise. Just 4 soft clicks. Plus there are two more clicks, in the last track that are  louder. - perhaps about half as loud as the music.  None of this is particularly significant.
Without a doubt because it has been protected by the plastic wrap all these years, the extremely well preserved cover  is EX.  Bit of minor creasing in one bottom corner on the front and the back. NO RING WEAR AND NO SEAM SPLITTING !!!!!. No cut out hole of course.
