Sleeve : VG+ Shows some wear around the corners, 1 inch split on the top seam. 

LP: Strong VG+ Nice luster.

Inner sleeve is very crisp, Insert shows some wear and has a small 1/2 inch rip at the top along with some minor creasing. 

Has NO NEMS or MACLEN MUSIC INC. on the back cover.

Has both LABEL and COVER ERROR (later corrected on the label, but not the cover)

Cover and label list "With A Little Help From My Friends" as "A Little Help From My Friends".
