Beatles - Sgt Peppers (Parlophone) Black & Yellow PMC 7027 Mono early press
Sleeve is VG+. Top and bottom of spine is rubbed. Spine is readable but a little squashed. Original inner is VG, has a repairable 2 inch split to one side and a three inch split to the bottom(which should be repairable). Insert is in ex condition. Clean labels with sold in UK text on label. XEX 637 1 etched in run out. Vinyl is good visually but plays with no jumps or sticks. See below for fuller description
There are no deep scratches but I suspect it was stored out of its sleeve for long periods and not properly handled. Noise on run in and out and in-between tracks. No sound deterioration but some tracks play with noise. It isn't 'bacon fat' but been a mono pressing the punchy sound makes sure its largely in the background. The worse track is 'she's leaving home' but it is still listenable. It might clean up a bit more and it might play better on a mid range deck.
Its of obvious interest for the inner and insert. Sold as is
