The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
(Parlophone PCS 7027 UK LP 1967)
This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a fully laminated gatefold sleeve - which has inner flipbacks. It comes with its original "The Fool" designed psychedelic inner sleeve. This has the "Patents Applied For" text. It also comes with its original card cut-out insert.
The record has yellow & black Parlophone labels which have "The Gramophone Co..." & "Sold In UK.." texts. The matrix numbers are YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1. The mother stampers are GGT 3 & GRM 3 3. "KT" is stamped around the spindle hole on Side 2.
A genuine UK 1st Stereo pressing. Complete & in very nice condition.
Gatefold Sleeve: Very nice! It still has its original 1960's record shop sticker (Harlequin) on the inner gatefold. Otherwise some very light wear only. EX condition.
Vinyl: There are some light to mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of very light hairline marks. VG+ condition. The labels are very nice & clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Excellently overall, & Excellent+ in some places. Really well indeed.
The inner sleeve has some light fading. It is in Near Excellent condition. There are no seam splits. The card insert is in excellent+ condition.
I shall put the vinyl in a separate plain paper inner sleeve. This will protect the original inner sleeve during shipping.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50. Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.50. Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
