Description
1963 U.S. pressing of SWAN 4152, with white label and red print. In 1964 after Beatlemania struck in America, this disc was re-issued with a black label and silver print and picture sleeve. The earlier white label versions were much fewer in number and now considered to be quite rare. This record shows no significant signs of age and plays very clean (i.e. near mint condition on both sides). The A side includes "She Loves You", the B side includes "I'll Get You". The labels are very clean and presentable with no marks, tears or paper loss. There is a slight bit of fading in the color but it does not detract much from the appearance (the white on the label just isn't as bright as it probably was in the 60's and that's about it). The record has only been played once in the last 25 years (since I've had it) and during that period it has been kept in a paper inner sleeve and, in addition a plastic outer sleeve. Both of these sleeves will be used, along with plenty of bubble wrap, when I ship out the record.
