Description
Heres is a mega rare one off item. Magical Mystery Tour EP signed by JOHN LENNON and cast members VICTOR SPINETTI (Recruiting Sergeant), IVOR CUTLER "Buster" (Buster Bloodvessel), JESSIE ROBBINS (Ringo's Auntie), DEREK ROYLE (Jolly Jimmy Johnson The Courier) and TONY BARROW (Beatles Publicist). Tony Barrows autograph is on the inside page of the booklet. First page is signed by the cast, as you can see the picture of the bus was cut out by my aunt but is still included with this sale, she had it inserted somewhere else for a time. Included within the EP is the rare Lyrics booklet which is signed by JOHN LENNON. These autographs were obtained by my aunt outside the 2 private screenings for cast,crew and the Beatles and their friends of Magical Mystery Tour, one of which she has written in the inside of the booklet (Sunday 17th December 1967 at The Film and Art Theatre, Hanover Grand, London) and the other venue was the Royal lancaster Hotel on 21st December 1967 although she hasn't written this one in but she recalls that she went along to both to obtain them. She didn't manage to get Paul, George or Ringos in this unfortunately but still a magnificent collectors piece. Not a lot of people knew where these screenings were but since my aunt worked for a couple of cinemas in london including the London Pavillion that screened the Help World Premiere she always knew when the pre-screenings were. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE GORGEOUS PIECE. Serious Bidders only.
