The Beatles ?– Excellent 1963 1st Pressing South Africa With the Beatles - MONO  on


 the Parlophone label.


Here's a rare one for you......
Beautiful condition, cover, vinyl.... Very Good +++++ Only issue - someone lightly covered the label Parlophone "L" with blue ink - hard to see in photos.


First South African pressing with nice laminated cover.


Cover has a great sheen - stunning  See pictures. Fully laminated gatefold.
Original South African mono pressing with large ''mono'' on front cover. 

This is the original South African pressing on a black label.

The original black label design is reminiscent and stylistically identical to the legendary black & gold labels of the early UK pressings for Please Please Me - a few other early Beatles albums in mono from SA had this trait. 
Label has "Recording First Published 1963", with track B3 spelled as "You Really Gotta Hold On Me", same as on the back cover. The publishing credit for "Money" is printed "Belinda" and label states ''Pressed in S.A. under directions of the Parlophone Co. Ltd."
