This auction is for 1 very rare, blue transparent, 7-1/4 Sq. Beatles flexi-disc. It is known as "The Beatles German Medley" Capitol / Evatone Records1214825CS.
It is one of only 1000 pressed, and originally available only from one record store in Rochester, NY.
The last one of these I can find evidence of selling on eBay was in June 2015 for $275 and that price was rated as LOW. Please see last photo.
The other 3 flexi-discs in this grouping show up more often at significantly lower prices, but of the 1000 of the German Medley flexi-discs made, how many still exist?
How many of those that still exist and are in collections will their owner want to sell?
The last time this item was be offered on eBay appears to almost 3 years ago; how many will you see offered for sale in the next 3 years?
If you have evidence you can provide to me of actual recent sales of this item, I would welcome that information.
In 1982 and 1983, Capitol Records issued what are often referred to as the 4 "red, white, and blue" flexi-discs. These were issued as promotional giveaways to encourage the sale of the Capitol catalog of Beatles LPs.These "red, white, and blue" flexi-discs were issued by Capitol as promotional giveaways to encourage the sale of the Capitol catalog of Beatles LPs. The transparent 7-1/4" square discs were adhered to a card with photos of the group on the front visible through the transparent sound-sheet.

The first three flexi-discs were issued in July of 1982 and given away by the Musicland, Discount, and SamGoody record stores. Each store had their own custom logo on the back of each of the sequentially numbered photo/title cards. One disc was given away with the purchase of any Capitol Beatles album.
The fourth disc, The Beatles German Medley, was available only through the House of Guitars store in Rochester, New York, in1983 as a "Souvenir From The Beatles 20th Anniversary." Due to its limited pressing of only 1000 copies, it's the rarest of the 4 red, white, and blue flexi-disc releases. The card for The German Medley Disc was not numbered. The "House of Guitars" logo is on the lower center of the back of the card.
There are 4 entries on the flexi-disc (Excerpt From Christmas Message 1963 (45 seconds), Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand, Sie Liebt Dich, Excerpt From Christmas Message 1963 (15 seconds).
THIS ITEM IS BEING OFFERED "AS IS"
This item was discovered in a box of old LPs. It was inside a plastic bag inside a non-related album cover. My opinion only, but it does not appear to have ever been played. There are single small creases apparent on both bottom corners of the back of the card, but not on the disc itself.
I have provided pictures of the disc in it's original form, but also very carefully placed a sheet of black paper under the transparent disc to make the writing and surface of the disc more prominent in photos. There does appear to be a small mark on the disc near the 9 O'clock position, or near John's righthand. It is not a scratch on the surface, but appears to be a very small impression transferred from the Beatles picture backing card to the clear flat bottom side of the transparent sound-sheet.
I'm happy to try and provide more picture per requests.
