Description
I am putting up for auction MANY HIGH QUALITY BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES & MATCHING 45 RPM RECORDS from my OWN VINYL COLLECTION. So, if you want to begin a collection of Beatles Singles Picture Sleeves or seeking to upgrade certain picture sleeves, you will definitely want to check out my other current auctions and upcoming auctions for items you may want.
In this auction are 3 Beatles Picture Sleeves with 3 Beatles original Capitol orange-yellow swirl label 45 RPM records.
Here are the details on the picture sleeves and records:
Record/Picture Sleeve #1:
· “HELP!” b/w “I’M DOWN” by The Beatles
· This is Capitol 5476.
· This record was released in July 19, 1965.
· The PICTURE SLEEVE CONDITION is VERY STRONG VG+. What is nice about the sleeve is that it does not show any ring wear on either side. There is ONLY one thing that kept me from grading the sleeve Near Mint Minus (NM-): a small one-sided crease at the top left corner of the “I’m Down” side. There are NO tears, NO ring wear, NO writing, and NO seam splits. There is some slight disc impression (NOT ring wear) and only some light waves (NOT folds or ceases). This is a straight-cut (East Coast) sleeve.
· The VINYL is STRONG VG+ to NEAR MINT MINUS.
Record/Picture Sleeve #2:
· “YELLOW SUBMARINE” b/w “ELEANOR RIGBY” by The Beatles
· This is Capitol Records 5715.
· This record was released August 5, 1966.
· The PICTURE SLEEVE CONDITION is NICE VG+. There is some slight disc impression and some slight waves (NOT folds or creases). There is a tiny hint of the beginning of ring wear and a price sticker. It is a particularly hard sleeve to find without some ring wear on the dark images. There are NO SEAM SPLITS, NO TEARS, and NO WRITING. This is a straight-cut (East Coast) sleeve.
· The VINYL is NEAR MINT.
Record/Picture Sleeve #3:
· “YESTERDAY” b/w “ACT NATURALLY” by The Beatles
· This is Capitol Records 5498.
· This record was released September 13, 1965.
· The PICTURE SLEEVE CONDITION is STRONG VG. There is some slight disc impression, a few (6) staple imprints (not holes), some staple holes at the top left and right of the sleeve, and a small hole punched in one corner. There is a small slight sticker stain on the A-side (Yesterday) sleeve on the “ES” in “BEATLES”. (I noticed this in the image probably illuminated more by the flash; I don’t think it’s as pronounced when viewing under normal lighting.) There are a few light ripples at the top of the sleeve. There are NO SEAM SPLITS, NO TEARS, NO ring wear, and NO WRITING. This is a straight-cut (East Coast) sleeve.
· The VINYL is NEAR MINT.
This is a NICE TRIO OF BEATLES’PICTURE SLEEVES AND RECORDS TO ADD TO YOUR BEATLES’ VINYL COLLECTION!!
