THE BEATLES - 'TWIST and SHOUT'
This superb 4-track EP is a UK 1st pressing dating from July 1963 release on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8882
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK...' text but have 'The Parlophone Co...' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label & in both run-outs.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 762-2N & 7TCE 763-1N
Stamper codes: 2/HH & 4/GPD
Housed within a front laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed flipback picture cover, with a MINT 1960's UK record shop bag.

A perfectly clean & unworn set with just a handful of light spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine, deep-gloss & unworn playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight, revealing only a few harmless wispy sleeve removal marks/hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
Easily the best sounding of their early EPs, this barely played disc has received just a few careful plays on good equipment. Consequently all tracks play cleanly & clearly with no trace or groove/playwear or any clicks, pops or any other audible distractions.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
Carefully stored inside a plastic cover in a non-smoking environment, this cover retains an 'as new' appearance which belies its 50 years. The striking front panel retains an unscratched, high-gloss laminate with just a few gentle storage bends to the left corner areas. However all corners themselves are sharp and unworn, as as both opening edges. The exposed rear panel is pristine white and totally unblemished and all seams are smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
