1964 UK PARLOPHONE EP

MISSPELT **'DO YOU WANT A KNOW A SECRET'** LABEL

This rare 1964 pressing is on the UK black, silver & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8882
The side 2 label carries the MISSPELT title: 'Do You Want A Know A Secret'.
Both labels have the 'Sold in UK.. text and 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the Side 1 label.

House in its original 'rounded' flipback picture cover.

Matrix numbers: 7TCE 762-2N & 7TCE 763-1N
Stamper numbers: 7/RML & 1,5/ARM

Labels: NEAR MINT

Visual: EXCELLENT

Extremely bright, clean and glossy surfaces bearing just some light sleeve removal hairlines visible only under a halogen desk lamp.
Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with signs of dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

Hardly played, this is a superb sounding copy with absolutely no traces of crackle, groovewear distortion on any track.
Both run-ins and all bands play extremely quietly and there are no clicks, hiss, jumps or repeats.


Cover: EXCELLENT

The high-gloss front laminate is clean & bright bearing just a light disc impression but no creases or significant signs of wear.
The corners are clean & sharp and the opening edges are razor-sharp & unworn.
The rear is clean, bright & white with just a few light wrinkles to the flipback's laminate.
All seams are strong and unsplit.
