Very rare Beatles UK Beatles Something New CPCS 101
WAS MADE IN UK FOR EXPORT IN 1965
with incredible rare Sold in UK subject to resale..... on label
YELLOW&BLACK Parlophone Label
Matrix numbers: YEEX-7B 12/YEEX-8B 12
Stampers: 1R/1G
The cover is in a good VG to VG+ condition. Some light marks of aging (light laminate creasing) and using (please see pictures) but NO writings, tears or split. Parlophone 3-flipback backcover. Garrod&Lofthouse.
The nice Y&B Parlophone labels are in good condition. Graded as EX-, with spindle marks - se pictures. NO writings. With rare KT tax code on side one and WITH Sold in UK to resale.... Parlophone rim.
The record is graded one side as EX with surfcace scratches, but nothing serious. The other side is a good VG with scratches and a few very light clicks, and I mean very light. Shiny vinyl.
The record is 100% flat and plays WITHOUT sticks or skips. Sometimes light background noises.
Informations about the UK Export albums:
UK Parlophone not only supplied original UK made covers only or LPs to smaller countrys, who had no big record pressings facilities, they also cared for their needs to release certain US American versions of Beatles LPs. Strictly for these purposes, small quantities of the US compilations Something New, Beatles VI und Second Album were issued by Parlophone in 1965, with the same covers and tracks as the US. Because of their scarity, these three English Export versions of the US albums are very much collectors items.
