Description
Purchased from new by me when the Stereo EMI recording LP was first released in 1968.
It has a gatefold top opening sleeve. Although discolouration of the white sleeve is evident due to age there are no, tears, splits or creasing to spine or damage. The sleeve is numbered 0515178 on the front and THE BEATLES is embossed on the cover.
The album comes with its two original blank inner sleeves (seen in the pics) that are in good overall condition. No splits or tears.
The four photos of the Fab four are in very good condition as can be seen in the photo. So too is the lyric sheet and on the reverse a composition of photos. Again they can be seen in the pics.
Catalogue number on the record labels are Stereo PCS 7067 and PCS 7068.
Matrix Numbers are YEX 709 -1 and YEX 710 - 1 and YEX 711 - 1 and YEX 712 - 2
The condition has been sight tested BUT NOT PLAYED for many years due to not having a record player. However, you can see from the photos that the discs have retained their shine.
All four labels are in good clean condition with minor wear to the spindle. Only under close examination can you detect minor spindle trails and there are no scratches evident on inspection.
