Description
The Beatles – The Beatles (The White Album)
Original 1968 U.S. stereo double-LP pressing on Apple Records, catalog SWBO-101.
Early embossed and individually numbered White Album cover, No. 0015542.
This copy has the Los Angeles pressing mark present in the dead wax on all four sides.
COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL INSERTS:
• All four large individual Beatles portrait photos
• Original large fold-out poster / lyric sheet
• Both original Apple Records LPs
• Original embossed numbered gatefold cover
The four portrait photographs remain especially attractive and display very well. Original poster is also included; please review photographs for its exact condition.
The white gatefold jacket shows age-related discoloration, handling/spotting, areas of surface loss/residue and edge/corner wear as pictured. The embossed “The BEATLES” lettering and low serial number 0015542 remain clearly visible.
Both records retain good gloss but show visible surface marks/hairlines consistent with age and use. Please review the close-up photographs. Unless play-tested before sale, vinyl grade is based on visual inspection only and playback is not guaranteed to be free from surface noise.
Apple labels remain attractive. Runout photographs are included so collectors can verify the pressing details.
