Description
Here's a VG+ copy of the much-hyped Netherlands White Album pressing with "Glass Union" misspelled on the side A label, as well as "While My Guitar Gentley Weeps." In addition to these charming mistakes, the records sound fantastic: tight, punchy stereo and gorgeous midrange. Viewers may be aware that these Netherlands/Holland pressings from the late 70s are prized for their excellent sound quality. This is from my personal collection; I've been seeking these out and ended up with an extra copy.
Includes the poster and original white inner sleeves. Poster has light wear and wrinkling, but the colors are bright and it doesn't seem to have ever been on a wall. Sleeve has light ring wear, general wear to edge and corners, but no splits or tearing. Note that the German catalog number on the spine is typical for these pressings: they had Made in Holland records with sleeves printed in Germany.
The vinyl is the good news here: both records are solid VG+. They are glossy with no obvious marks or scratches, though you can see fine lines under bright light. They look to me like scuffs from the inner sleeves. I do hear some light static and surface noise in quiet parts and in between tracks, especially on record 1. Overall, both records play beautifully.
