From Apple Records (SWBO-101), this is  THE WHITE

ALBUM performed by  JOHN, PAUL, GEORGE  and  

RINGO with an assist from GEORGE MARTIN and MANY

FRIENDS. Gatefold is nice with all seams intact and sturdy; spine

shows shelf wear but is intact and strong, printing has faded some. 

Even with the flaws, the jacket rates a solid VG+, maybe a wee bit

better. "The Beatles" is embossed on front surface and the serial

number is quite low: 0694382. There are actually five (5) photos in

this copy, two (2) of Ringo; also has the rare photograph cover sheet

which has faded a bit at the top and shows one (1) foxing stain. The

poster is present and looks pretty good though it's barely hanging

together at the folds (see pictures). The plain white inner sleeves are

included so that all original pieces of the set are present (they show

minimal fading). The LP's all appear beautiful and play-grade from about 

VG+ to NEAR MINT, mostly in the EX+ range with very soft extraneous 

noise audible between cuts; no distortion, no startling pops or loud clicks, 

and certainly no skips. A well above average listening copy most likely made

in Jacksonville, IL, as indicated by a circle in the matrices. Note: Side Four 

has three of the rare song title variations: Revolution No. 1 instead of 

Revolution 1; Revolution No. 9 instead of Revolution 9; Goodnight instead 

of Good Night. Side Two has one rare variation: Rocky Racoon instead of 

Rocky Raccoon. The records are stored in MFSL inner sleeves in separate

jackets for protection during shipping and for your long-term storage needs 

at home. A set this nice and this rare, comes along only about once every 

20 years or so. Play Loud. Dance Hard. Our most passionate recommendation.
