The Beatles - White Album
(Apple PCS 7067/8 UK Double LP 1968)
This is a UK original stereo LP pressing. It has a fully laminated, top-opening, gatefold sleeve. This in numbered on the front: No: 0337363. It comes with its original plain black inner sleeves. It also comes complete with the fold-out lyric poster. The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have dark green Apple labels. They also have the "Sold In The UK..." text on them.
The matrix numbers are YEX 709-1, YEX 710-1, YEX 711-1 & YEX 712-1. The mother stampers are GDP 4, GGT 2, PT 3 & MA 6 respectively.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is a slight 2" tear, at the top, on the rear. There is also a very small tear at the rear, at the spine. Otherwise mild wear only. VG condition.
Vinyl 1: Moderate sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light, and some light hairline marks. Good condition. The labels are clean & show moderate spindle wear. I have play tested this LP. It plays well overall but does have some mild crackle in the quieter places. There are some ight clicks on one track too. The black inner sleeve is in vg condition.
Vinyl 2: Moderate sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light, and some light hairline marks. Fair+ condition. The labels are clean & show moderate spindle wear. I have play tested this LP. It plays well overall but does have some mild crackle in the quieter places. The black inner sleeve is quite tatty & is in good condition. The poster has come apart & is in two halves. It is poor condition.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
