Description
The Beatles - White Album
(Apple PCS 7067/8 UK Double LP 1968)
This is an original UK Stereo double LP pressing. It has a fully laminated, top-opening, gatefold sleeve which has inner flipbacks. It is numbered on the front (No: 0537394). It comes with its original plain black Apple inner sleeves. There are no photos or poster.
The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have YEX 709-1, YEX 710-1, YEX 711-1 & YEX 712-1 matrix stampers. The mother stampers are OR 1, GRO 3, AD 5 & HL 2 respectively. All four labels have the "Sold In The UK..." text on them.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is mild rubbing wear & mild fading too. The laminate has come away from some of the spine. VG condition.
Vinyl 1: There are some mild sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and some mild pressing marks. VG condition. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear. Plays very well overall. There is some light crackle in some of the quieter places. There are a few light clicks on one track. The black inner is in good condition. There is a seam split down the majority of one side, & some other light wear.
Vinyl 2: Mild to moderate sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and about 3 light marks. There are some mild pressing marks too. Good+ condition. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear. Plays well overall. There is some light crackle in the quieter places. There are a few light clicks on one track. The black inner is in good condition. There is a seam split down the one side & some other mild wear.
I shall place the vinyl in separate plain paper inner sleeves to protect the original black inner sleeves during transit.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
