This is  the  self-titled ninth album (known as THE WHITE ALBUM) by The BEATLES, an original (first ) US pressing from November 22, 1968 (Apple Records: SWBO 101). It is a 2-LP set in gatefold with embossed title on front and low number stamped bottom right corner front surface (0693971).  The word "stereo" appears upper right corner back surface. The album contains four full-color 8X10 portraits of each member (on heavy stock) and one poster, folded as issued. Two original inner sleeves are present.

Jacket is EX or EX+ showing modest shelf wear front and back surfaces and a few dirty spots that can be cleaned away (let the experts do it).  The spine shows a slight lean with printing dead center; almost invisible piece of clear, PVC tape appears across one top seam though the seam does not look damaged.  Inside gatefold is very clean, flawless.  Even with all these minor blemishes the cover is sturdy and beautiful.

Original inner sleeves are in MINT condition as are the four pictures (no pinholes or damage of any kind); the poster is EX+ showing only minor aging (no tears, no wrinkles, no pinholes).

Labels show no marks of any kind (MINT) and playing surfaces show no scuffs or buffs and absolutely no scratches. The wax has a healthy gloss and easily rates solid MINT.  In addition, plays perfectly -- play grades solid MINT.

This is truly a collectible copy of archive quality.
