Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1960's ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are beautiful red-waxes, issued only for its 1st pressing ( no odeon copy exists for Japanese copy ). "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front-cover. Though obi, insert & pin-up are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red-wax even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.
Condition: FAIR/FAIR/G+ ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )
COVER: Cover is fair in condition, partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s stained in brown on each side ( mainly outside ). There’s ring-wear on the front & back. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC 1: Disc 1 has many scuffs, scratches & hairlines on each side. There’re many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise each has none of any serious flaw, which is to be rated as "FAIR". Some flaws are conspicuous, but it still plays strong on each track.
DISC 2: Disc 2 has light scuffs & scratches in places with a few conspicuous scratches ( hairlines ) on each side. There’re many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise each has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "G+".
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: INSERT is missing.
POSTER: G, being aged, creased & stained in light brown on the surface of each side.
PIN-UP: PIN-UP is missing.
INNER-BAGS: G/G+ each, being aged & creased with ring-crease on its surface of each side. One of them is split in the middle of bottom-edge.
