Original 1st pressing 1968 UK MONO pressing of "The Beatles" (aka "The White Album") (number 0514730) double vinyl LP (with -1/-1/-1/-1 matrix numbers in the dead wax) in an embossed, top opening gatefold sleeve and "SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO PRICE CONDITIONS. SEE PRICE LISTS" in the center ring of all four labels. 

Complete with all original four photos, poster and center die-cut black inner sleeves.

Disc labels: (Side 1: NM/Side 2: NM/Side 3: EX+/Side 4: EX+); : All four LP's labels are clean with some light lines by the center hole.  The disc 2 labels show more spindle use than disc 1. (Of note, disc 1 has "An E.M.I. Recording" on the label and disc 2 does not.)

The two ultra-glossy discs are both very nice. Disc 1 looks less used than disc 2.There are light (non-feelable) hairlines. The audio is excellent on all four sides with light background crackle and occasional light pops.

There are NO skips, NO jumps, NO loud pops, NO sticking, NO distortion and NO groove wear. Both discs are perfectly flat (unwarped).

Jacket: (EX): The top opening fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold jacket is exceptionally nice with only light storage wear and slight disc impression. 

The front, back and inner gatefold are dynamic and bright. The internal gatefold flipbacks are superb. 

The top edges and corners are straight and squared.  The bottom edge is straight and the bottom corners have a bit of wear. The spine has some laminate lifting and some flattening and light wear only. 

The jacket has NO pen or ink marks, NO split seams, NO stickers or glue marks.

Photos: (NM): All four photos are in unused clean condition. NO tape, NO staples, NO tack holes, NO pen or ink marks.

Poster: (EX): The poster is clean with light handling/storage wear. There is a tiny section of paper missing at one of the folds. NO pen or ink marks. NO staples, 

NO tack holes and NO tape.

Inner sleeves: (EX-): Both original black die-cut inner sleeves are in nice condition and have light handling/age wear. They are made of a very delicate paper stock are are very prone to wear.

We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype.  

We will never explain the condition of an item by saying it "looks good for something this old" 

as we consider that patronizing and an insult to potential buyers. Please ask us questions about any details about the item before bidding.

Shipping:

Packaging: All items are professionally packaged with high quality materials for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. 

Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. 

All vinyl will be packaged outside of their original jackets so that no seam splitting can result from the shipping process.

Shipping charges for vinyl discs, posters and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. 

Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!

- STILL SEALED items cannot be returned unless they are STILL SEALED. No exceptions.
