Description
Beatles ‘White Album’ Original 1st UK Mono Misprint # 29910.
Needs little introduction however this is the 1st pressing which mistakenly omitted the EMI logo on the lable, this was soon rectified and the second pressing was issued. Of course this made the 1st pressing very rare, sought after and collectible.
Original top opening the sleeve is in immaculate condition considering it’s 54 years old, slightly yellowed with age with very minimal corner rubbing. Lovely high gloss sheen with a low number 29910. There are some small laminate splits along the spine but hardly noticeable.
Both records are in VG condition with isolated surface marks on all sides, side 2 has a small skip half way through Blackbird,. There is light crackle between tracks in quiet zone which is to be expected.
Matrix:
Side 1 XEX 709-1
Side 2 XEX 710-1
Side 3 XEX 711-1
Side 4 XEX 712-1
Being in my family for its whole life this is guaranteed all original, no replacements or copies from other sources absolutely genuine including poster, photo cards, inner black die cut sleeves (not shown) doesn’t really get much better than this.
Footnote: die cut inners are creased and have a small tear each one graded VG.
Postage is free for buyer, will be sent tracked and signed for with appropriate insurance cover depending on final price.
As always I provide a full money back guarantee if customer not happy, please check out my feedback.
