Description

The Beatles: White Album lp, numbered with inserts

Needs no introduction, this is the stereo version PCS 7067-8. Embossed ‘The Beatles’ on front cover nice and clear, no. is 243081 (sorry these don’t show up to well on the photo – please email me if you’d like a close up). Sleeve is actually still pretty white, not so much sign of ‘yellowing’ like you see on many of these sleeves and only very light ring wear (see pic). A couple of light handling creases, and a couple of storage creases at corners but overall very sound. Spine nice and readable. Poster and picture cards are present, although cards are matt finish so I’m guessing they are later copies. Poster has no tears or pin holes but does show the odd spots of foxing due to age. And now the most important bit, the vinyl….all fours sides are as near to mint as you will find. Lovely sheen, no sign of any spindle wear and no marks. Truly wonderful. I’m trying not to over sell their condition but there’s no way you’ll be disappointed. Matrix no.s YEX 709-1, 710-1, 711-1 and 712-1. Inners are original white ‘Apple Recordings’ inners. Overall a very nice copy of this classic and no need for an upgrade once this is in your collection.

Records are graded visually with care under good light. Where description refers to the playing of a record it has been done so on a Project Debut II turntable. I do not sell anything I wouldn’t be happy to receive myself.
