1968 UK 1st *STEREO* PRESSING DOUBLE LP
**100% COMPLETE + SPACER - No.0308963**
*NEAR MINT AUDIO*
This 100% complete 1st STEREO copy comprises: all '-1' matrices, top opening numbered cover, black inners, poster, photos & white photo spacer.
This super UK stereo first pressing on the dark green Apple labels: PCS 7067/8
All labels carry the 'Sold in UK..', 'An E.M.I. Recording' texts and 'Apple Records...' rims.
There is no tax/price code is visible on any label.
House in a fully laminated, top loading 'Garrod & Lofthouse' stereo cover numbered: No.0308963.
Complete with original matt black inners, matt 'Garrod & Lofthouse' poster, 4 'thick' card colour photos & white paper spacer.
Matrix numbers: YEX 709-1, 710-1, 711-1, 712-1
Stamper numbers: 3/TT, 2/GPR, 3/GOL, 1/GAO
Cover: EXCELLENT
Constructed of very thick, strong card, this cover although bear just some light storagewear and no major faults.
The front laminate is clean, glossy and unscratched and intact is around the embossed 'The Beatles' wording. The individual number is bold and clear.
All corners are in fine shape with just some light bruising to the lower two. The top opening edge is clean and sharp and unworn with no tears.
The rear panel bears the small 'stereo' logo and is again clean, unmarked and glossy. The inside gatefold is perfect.
There is an area of discolouration towards and on spine, and the laminate has partially split but all the text is clean, undamaged and readable.

Disc 1 Labels: NEAR MINT
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine surfaces with just a light non-feelable/audible lazy spindle mark which strays into the run-out and over the last track on side 1.
Side 2 is perfect - even under a halogen desk lamp and the disc lies 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Just a few soft 'ticks' on the run-ins, but otherwise everything is perfect without crackle, groovewear or any other audible wear.
Disc 2 Labels: NEAR MINTVisual: EXCELLENT
Super bright and clean surfaces bearing just one light surface mark to each side. Again 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Extremely hard to find any audible fault with this disc. It's flawless and sounds as good as new.
No splits or tears.
Poster: EXCELLENTNo pin-hole, tears or marks.
