The Beatles,  with Tony Sheridan. MGM Records #K-13227, ** Why, b/w  ** Cry For A Shadow. This is a first label variation. This pressing states the publisher for 'Why' as Al Gallico Music.  Bloomfield pressing. The Deadwax/Trail-Off is hand etched and states: Side One / Why: K13227 64XY349. Side Two / Cry For A Shadow: K13227 64XY307. This copy was packaged in this RARE red picture sleeve. Most were not. On the lower portion of the picture sleeve, it states:  Recorded by Deutsche Grammophon Polydor Series. It's printed in black almost micro sized print. The MGM logo is in black. The phrase Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc Printed In USA is also printed in black exceptionally small print. You can see it along the lower right bottom of the sleeve. Original Issue: 1964  . All Records are cleaned and viewed under bright light, as well as a cautious spot audio check.   Gradings Parameters: Fair / Good / Very Good / Very Good or better / Excellent / Excellent or better / Near Mint / Mint.
GRADING CONDITIONS: * * This pressing plays in Excellent Condition. There are no finger-feel scratches, no light vinyl intrusive scratches, with surface lines/surface paper type marks, and some extraneous crinkles/clicks. * The Label is in Near Mint Condition. * The paper MGM picture sleeve is in-between Excellent to Excellent or better Condition with very slight wear, no split seams.
Gradings Parameters: Fair / Good / Very Good / Very Good or better / Excellent / Excellent or better /Near Mint / Mint.
