1963 UK 1st **STEREO** PRESSING LP
***SUPERB EARLY COPY***
This fine 1963 STEREO 1st pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3045
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Parlophone Co Ltd...' rims.
Label 2 carries the '..Gotta..' mispelling & incorrect 'Jobete..' publishing credit for 'Money'.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 2 label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse 'large' stereo logo cover.
Complete with original 'Use Emitex' lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 111-2 & YEX 112-2
Stamper numbers: 2/AR & 3/RM
Labels: NEAR MINT
Just a single light spindle trail to side 1.
(The yellow of the 'Parlophone' logo is a slightly different shade on either side.)

Both surfaces are MINT viewed in natural light and bear just a few wispy paper hairlines when viewed directly under a halogen desk lamp.
Otherwise this is a pristine disc with no other marks or any scratches to either side.
Quality, sharp-edged vinyl which lies 100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.
Audio: EXCELLENT PLUS
Barely played, this is a superb warm & clear sounding disc with no trace of crackle or groovewear distortion in either channel or on any track.
Apart from a few seconds of wear on the final chord of 'It Won't Be Long', there are absolutely no audible faults whatsoever.
Both run-ins & all bands are completely silent and there are no clicks, jumps or repeats anywhere.
Cover: EXCELLENT PLUS
This fine example retains a high-gloss, unscratched laminate bearing just a few light edge wrinkles but no 'thumbnails' or heavy creases.
Just lower right corner has a slight bruise, all others are unworn. There is some light wear to the opening edges but no tears to either side.
The rear panel is pristine & white with no discoloration, marks, writing or missing paper.
All flipbacks, seams and the spine are in in perfect condition with no splits, tears or other damage.
Strict visual grading in daylight and directly under a halogen desk lamp.
All discs are carefully play graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck with an Ortofon Kontrapunkt 'A' cartridge.
