Description

HERE IT IS! The most coveted collectible in the world--A second state YESTERDAY AND TODAY Butcher "PASTE-OVER," in VERY nice condition!

As these are well known to be more valuable "un-peeled," when I acquire them I try everything to keep them that way. In this case, there was a name written in black marker right under the Capitol logo in the top left hand corner that I had professionally removed.

If you look VERY closely, you can see a faint "ghost-image" of the name that was there, but you have to look hard. Most importantly, it DOES NOT distract from the presentability in the least. In addition, there is a tiny spot/stain (?) above John's head (barely visible in scan), as well as a tiny bit of wear on the front bottom right hand corner. Overall, a VERY NICE copy, with Ringo's infamous "V" clearly visible.

The seams and spine are intact and secure, with just some minimal wear. The back cover has a fair amount of yellowing in spots, but who cares about the back cover? And speaking of: "Who Cares?", the disc itself is in fine condition and comes in a generic white dust-sleeve.

FREE BONUS! With the purchase of this album, I will include a copy of the Capitol records "recall" letter that was sent to record distributors requesting the return of this album "with the distasteful cover"!

Should you choose to have this professionally peeled, there is ONLY one person and one place you should consider to do the job: Jim Hanson at Blue Jay Way Galleries (he can be contacted at: BJW66@hotmail.com).
