THE BEATLES - YELLOW SUBMARINE
1969 ORIGINAL VINYL ALBUM - MONO - APPLE PMC 7070 - FIRST PRESSING*
- Matrix numbers XEX 715-1 and 716-1
- Stamper marks are : - 1 GD on side 1) and 1 L on side 2)
*Identifying marks - as defined by Rare Record Price Guide 2018 edition. Check and expand photos.
- 1) Red lines above and below rear sleeve notes.
- 2) Garrard and Lofthouse printed on sleeve lower flipback, with 'mono' info.
- 3) Black inner sleeve, with only one centre hole.
- 4) Dark green label with 'Sold in UK.....' text on both sides.
This very rare Beatles disc is in Very Good to Excellent condition. There are several faint spindle marks on the label, but otherwise both labels are perfect.There is no scuffing or wear of the spindle hole. The surface has picked up some hairline stylus marks, over the years and some rubbed marks but no scratches, except under powerful light.. The disc is flat and plays with some crackles, but without jumps (1gm weight).
The original black inner sleeve is in excellent condition, with no tears.
The Album sleeve is in excellent condition, with very little scuffing only along the open edge. The front panel is laminated.

- As I expect this record to achieve a good price, delivery will be free of postage to UK, only £8 to Europe and Worldwide.
- I will pack this disc between four layers of stiff board, before sealing.
