The Beatles - Yellow Submarine
(Apple PMC 7070 UK LP 1969)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve which has a red line border at the top & bottom of the sleeve text. It comes with its original plain black "Apple" paper inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has dark green Apple labels. These have the "Sold in UK..." text on them. The matrix numbers are YEX 715-1 and YEX 716-1. A genuine UK 1st Mono pressing.
Sleeve: There is some mild fading to the rear, & some staining at the sleeve opening. There is also a mild stain in the top right corner on the front sleeve. There is some light to mild ringwear too. VG- condition.
Vinyl: There are considerable sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are about 5 light marks too. Good condition. The labels are clean & show mild to more moderate spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light to mild crackle in some quieter places. There is some more moderate crackle in a few places too. There are no loud clicks or pops. It does not jump. It is a reasonable playing copy considering. The Apple paper inner sleeve is in Good+ condition. There are two tears that go from die-cut area to the bottom. This is on one side only. There are no seam splits.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
