1969 UK **1st PRESS** STEREO LP

This superb 1969 first stereo pressing is on the UK dark green Apple label PCS 7070
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' and 'Apple Records... rim texts
There is no tax/price code is visible on either label
Housed in a front laminated, flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' cover
Complete with original matt black inner-sleeve

Matrix numbers: YEX 715-1 & YEX 716-1N
Stamper numbers: 2,4/RA & 1/GH

EXCELLENT PLUS

Very strong, clean and unyellowed cover with extremely light handling and storage wear.
The front panel retains its high gloss unscratched laminate with just a few light creases visible.
There is a slight bruise to the lower right corner but the others and the opening edges are in superb unworn shape.
The rear panel is clean and white where it should be and shows no discolouration or marking of any kind.
All flipbacks and seams are intact and undamaged, and the spine is clean, square and readable.

Played just a few times on side one and it appears just once on side two.
Superb bright and clean surfaces with just one tiny 1cm non-audible fingernail scuff on side one and a few sleeve removal marks visible on side two.
The sound is clear and powerful with no groovewear/distortion, crackle, clicks, pops, jumps or repeats
100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
