I’m still putting up for auction more BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES & MATCHING 45 RPM RECORDS that I’ve had for many years. So, if you want to begin a collection of Beatles Singles Picture Sleeves, you may want to check out my other auctions, too.

In this auction: 1 original Beatles Picture Sleeve & 1 original Beatles 45 RPM record.

Here are the details about the picture sleeve & record in this auction:

·       “YELLOW SUBMARINE” b/w “ELEANOR RIGBY” by The Beatles

·       This is Capitol Records 5715.

·       This record was released August 5, 1966.

·       The PICTURE SLEEVE is in VERY STRONG VG to WEAK VG+ CONDITION. It is a CLEAN and FLAT SLEEVE!! One side of sleeve would be NM Minus and is virtually without any blemishes. The other side has a small tear on the “H” in “THE” near the top. There is also some glue/sticker residue at the top right corner of that same side of the sleeve opposite the small tear already mentioned. There is also a small stain on the “E” in “BEATLES” on that side and some scotch tape residue in the “S” in “Submarine” on that side. At bottom right are 2 small scuffs/tears near the lower right corner and some remaining sticker residue where a sticker was removed. So, due to the small tears, tape residue, and scuffs, I have to grade that side of the sleeve VG. So, overall, I’ve graded the sleeve Very Strong VG to Weak VG+ condition.

·       BUT despite its blemishes, what’s really great about this sleeve is the fact that it has NO RING WEAR. This sleeve is notorious for easily showing ring wear that often marred this crimson-colored picture sleeve.

·       FURTHERMORE, there are NO SEAM SPLITS and NO WRITING on the sleeve.

·       The VINYL is in VG+ CONDITION with just some very light/slight surface hairlines/scuffs and lots of gloss!
