Description

•official 3rd state well-peeled Beatles “Butcher Cover” from 1966

NOT A FAKE, NOT COUNTERFEIT, NOT A REPRODUCTION.

VINYL: very clean, few inaudible light scuffs, no skips, clean labels, overall very nice, NO warps. Deadwax: T-2-2553-F 2 (side 1); T-2-2553-F21 (side 2)

JACKET: appears to be professionally peeled, flaws are minimal, see pics. NO SEAM SPLITTING, NO RINGWEAR, NO BENDS, Clean legible title spine (except toward bottom). Moderate corner wear but nothing proportionate. writing over lp ads on backside (almost unoticeable)

Record overall graded conservatively between VG to VG+, possibly better.

Includes original “Capitol 66” inner sleeve with Capitol discographies, appropriate with the time of release.

Includes recall letter from Capitol Records that was sent to record store retailers, urging them to return the items on release date, due to its rather controversial cover art in which the band was lashing at the label for “butchering” their singles instead releasing at bands original length (time).

THIS ITEM WILL BE CAREFULLY PACKAGED TO AVOID DAMAGE TO JACKET OR RECORD AND WILL BE SENT EXPEDITED MAIL TO HELP ELIMINATE ANY POSSIBILITY OF SHIPPING DAMAGES.
