Description

Here is a beautiful 2nd State Yesterday & Today Mono butcher cover LP. Ringo's v-neck is clearly visible beneath the paste-over, which shows no signs of any previous attempts to peel it away. There are a few water stains, which are shown in the photos here. The back cover has some light ring wear and is a little dirty in places, but not too bad. The spine is intact and nice at the top where the title is visible, but is a bit worn at the bottom (see photos). This copy came from the Scranton, Pennsylvania plant, which is identifiable by the number "3" on the back. I have heard that Scranton covers are easier to peel because a water-based glue was used in the paste-over process. The record itself is a shiny VG+ with light surface marks visible, and the original Capitol '66 sleeve has no splits and looks fantastic.  I pack my LPs like the pro that I am, having worked at the oldest record store in western Washington for almost a decade. Check my Discogs feedback if you're curious (seller name is rainydayrecs). I'll ship this particular gem for free to the highest bidder, thanks for looking and good luck!

I should add that Ringo's v-neck is not visible in the photos, but is definitely there! You will not be disappointed.
