Description

Although the 'V' neck of Ringo is visible, someone insisted on trying to peel the cover...Fortunately, they stopped at the Capital label! The Butcher is obviously under the trunk slick just by viewing this small area. The cover is in great condition, but I will leave the grading up to you...THERE IS NO RECORD INSIDE...It was stored this way for some time, which is evident by the fact that the mouth of the sleeve is still in excellent condition. The spine is also excellent..The value is in the cover, so the missing vinyl is of no consequence. If this 2nd State is displayed, and not peeled (which you really should not do anyway; SO many 2nd State Butchers have been peeled, that the 2nd States are increasing in rarity and value.) the display will show, by looking at the Capital label, that there is an authentic Butcher slick underneath without having to painstakingly look for the 'V' in Ringo's picture...A very nice copy of a very rare Beatles cover No split seams or flaking; Please look at all of the pictures ...No reserve...Good luck on your bidding..
