Very nice original 1966 Beatles "Yesterday and Today" #6 Mono Butcher Cover LP.  The Butcher Slick is fully intact with no touch-up's and no repairs, so what you see is all original. In fact, the peel job on this one turned out just as good as any Pro Peeled Butcher I have owned and even better than some. The colors are vivid and the detail is very crisp and clear. I believe this was one of the LA copies that was shipped out to, and subsequently re-covered in Scranton PA where the used a much easier to remove water soluable glue, which is why there are no round LA glue marks, and why the peel turned out so nice with almost zero glue residue. In fact this has a very first state look to it in my opinion because of the very minimal glue residue. The only bad news is that there is  a little bit of old cello tape residue on the front edges which has now mostly been carefully removed so it is really not that noticable.   The back cover is not that bad but certainly not as nice as the front as there is some cello tape residue and some stains. The bottom seam is intact, but the other seams and the spine were split but they have been neatly reglued and repaired. The lettering is missing on the spine due to the previous split. There is also a faded and small name written along the top left side edge above the Butcher slick along the plain white border area as many teens did label and identify their prized records back in the 60's with their names but I am sure it could be removed with the proper solvent or eraser, but since it is so small and not all that noticable and not located on the slick itself I felt it best just to leave it alone as it never really bothered me anyway.   Overall a very nice Butcher that you can frame and display proudly as is that you won't need to upgrade, and it's a pretty good value for the money if you shop around and you don't care to spend more for a perfect copy. The photo's were taken outside in natural lighting and they are pretty clear, and you also can mouse over them for more details if you like, so what you see is exactly what you are getting and my desciption is as always honest and accurate, so this item is sold as is and all sales are final.
